The Role

• Pick and pack an average of 150 orders per shift within a high-tech warehouse.
• Operate within a "product-to-person" system, focusing on filling crates and ensuring quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Contribute to the efficient fulfillment of orders for a rapidly growing customer base.
• Support the company's mission to deliver groceries fresh and on time.

What You'll Need

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be physically fit for the demands of the role.
• Possess a proactive attitude and a desire to learn new skills.
• Have a basic understanding of Dutch or English.
• Be available to work 24-40 hours per week, with flexibility for morning or evening shifts.
• Hold a valid EU identity or work permit.
