Head of Digital Transformation

Lead the digital delivery of Asahi Beverages' key transformation projects and shape what comes next.

Reporting to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, the Head of Digital Transformation is responsible for the successful digital delivery of Asahi Beverages' strategic project portfolio.

This is a significant enterprise leadership opportunity to shape and deliver the digital transformation agenda behind the future of Asahi Beverages.

As Head of Digital Transformation, you will partner with executive leaders to translate digital strategy into outcomes, leading a complex portfolio of initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and enable future growth. Working across business and technology, you will drive alignment, governance and delivery excellence across some of Asahi's most important strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful digital delivery of the strategic project portfolio
• Partner with senior functional and executive stakeholders to align expectations, priorities and accountabilities
• Lead strategic portfolio planning cycles, including budgeting and changes to the portfolio
• Establish and maintain consistent project management processes, policies and tools
• Oversee the effective workforce resource plans for key projects
• Manage escalations and project review findings, including interventions for projects under pressure
• Continue to evolve digital delivery capability to support successful and sustainable outcomes

About You:

• Tertiary qualifications and more than 15 years of experience leading large teams delivering complex digital projects
• Strong program management capability across budgets, benefits, schedules and team leadership
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple programs and competing priorities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging across all organisational levels
• Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills
• A collaborative leadership style and the confidence to challenge established thinking when it is in the organisation's best interests.
