Agile Delivery Lead - Scrum Master Role Summary:
This role bridges business, AI, and delivery. They translate use cases into structured work, drive execution across Spark+ initiatives, and ensure AI solutions move from idea to pilot to scale.
Core Responsibilities:

1. Intake & Use Case Structuring: Translate business problems into user stories and measurable outcomes
   1. User stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements
2. Agile Delivery Support: Run stand-ups, manage backlog, track sprint progress
   1. Daily stand-ups, Sprint planning, Backlog grooming, Retrospectives
3. Cross-Team Coordination: Align business, engineering, and testing teams
   1. Business, Engineers / AI developers, Testing / QA resources, Requirements, Timelines, Deliverables
4. Testing & Validation: Support UAT, track bugs, ensure documentation
5. Documentation: maintain workflows, requirements, and templates
6. Value tracking: measure time savings, accuracy gains, and scalability
7. Governance & scaling: support transition from pilot to production. Focus on adoption strategies

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–8+ years: Business Analyst / Product Owner / Scrum Master
• Strong in Agile + documentation (user stories, workflows, data mapping)
• Experience with:
  • Automation or AI projects (preferred)
  • JIRA / Azure DevOps
• Excellent communicator across technical + business teams
• Comfortable in fast-moving, experimental environments (fail fast / iterate)
