Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPQ Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CPQ Configuration, Pricing & Discounting, Workflow Management, SAP CPQ Integrations, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C). The ideal candidate will provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot complex issues, deliver platform enhancements, and collaborate with Business, Sales, IT, CRM, ERP, and Integration teams to ensure reliable and efficient Quote-to-Cash operations.

This role requires strong hands-on experience supporting SAP CPQ, optimizing production performance, and driving continuous improvements across enterprise quoting processes.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPQ Configuration.
• Experience configuring Pricing, Discounting, and Approval Rules.
• Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes.
• Experience providing L2/L3 Production Support for SAP CPQ incidents and service requests.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Product Catalogs and Attributes.
• Strong experience with Guided Selling and configuration logic.
• Experience managing Quote Workflows and Approval Processes.
• Experience creating and maintaining Document Templates and Proposal Outputs.
• Strong knowledge of User Roles, Permissions, and Access Management.
• Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing long-term production fixes.
• Experience supporting integrations between SAP CPQ, CRM, SAP ECC, Pricing Systems, Tax Systems, Order Management, and downstream applications.
• Experience monitoring Interface Failures, Data Synchronization, API Calls, and Transaction Errors.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Business, Sales, IT, CRM, ERP, and Integration teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP CPQ incidents, service requests, and recurring production issues.
• Configure and maintain SAP CPQ Product Catalogs, Pricing Models, Discount Structures, and Approval Rules.
• Manage Guided Selling, product configuration logic, and quoting workflows.
• Configure and support Quote Approval Processes and document generation.
• Maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring production issues.
• Support integrations between SAP CPQ, CRM, SAP ECC, Pricing, Tax, Order Management, and downstream systems.
• Monitor interface failures, data synchronization, API calls, and transaction errors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Deliver platform enhancements while ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

• Experience with SAP ECC integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales and quoting processes.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP CPQ production environments.
• Knowledge of automation and process optimization within SAP CPQ.
