Summary

Supports business decision-making by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data using accessible tools and methods. This role focuses on deriving insights from reports and dashboards without requiring deep coding or technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance.
• Prepare visualizations, charts, and summary reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to define reporting needs and ensure data accuracy.
• Support ad hoc data requests and routine reporting.
• Maintain documentation and ensure consistency across reporting processes.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret data in a business context.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of data governance and privacy principles.
