Position: Business Analyst

Location: Plano, TX 75024 (Onsite)

JD:

• Required Skills: Business Analysis, API Integration, SIT, UAT, Agile/Scrum, SQL, Jira, Confluence, Requirement Management, Stakeholder Management, Process Mapping, and Data Analysis.

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for enterprise applications and API-driven solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and project management throughout the SDLC.
• Develop detailed User Stories, Features, Manager Scrum and JIRA Boards.
• Possess strong understanding of API integrations, REST/SOAP services, JSON/XML payloads, and data mapping concepts to support system integration initiatives.
• Coordinate and support System Integration Testing (SIT)activities by validating end-to-end business processes, interfaces, and data flows.
• Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case reviews, defect triage, stakeholder communication, and sign-off management.
• Analyze defects, perform requirements traceability, and work closely with development and QA teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare business process documentation, training materials, release notes, and support change management activities.
