Role: Recruiter II
Location: Seattle, WA | Herndon, VA | Arlington, VA
Pay Range: $50-$51/hr.
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sourcer to support high-volume hiring initiatives for Data Center and Infrastructure teams. This role is focused exclusively on sourcing and candidate generation, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy identifying, engaging, and screening top technical talent.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in building candidate pipelines, conducting phone screens, leveraging advanced Boolean search techniques, and utilizing sourcing tools to identify passive talent. This is not a full-cycle recruiting role.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate outreach and initial phone screenings.
- Develop and execute advanced Boolean search strategies to identify qualified candidates.
- Utilize ATS and sourcing platforms to track candidate activity and maintain accurate records.
- Partner with recruiting teams and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and market trends.
- Consistently meet sourcing, screening, and hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in technical recruiting.
- Strong experience with candidate sourcing and pipeline generation.
- Proficiency with Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience sourcing technical talent including engineering, infrastructure, networking, data center, construction, supply chain, or related roles.
- Comfortable working in a metric-driven environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work onsite five day per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Data Center, Infrastructure, Networking, Engineering, Construction, or Supply Chain hiring.
- Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing tools and modern recruiting technologies.
- Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment.
Success Metrics
- Consistently build qualified candidate pipelines.
- Conduct a high volume of candidate outreach and phone screens.
- Support hiring goals through effective sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking within recruiting systems.
