Job Summary

We’re hiring a US Non-IT Recruiter to help our clients across the US find top talent in industries such as healthcare, finance, legal, logistics, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and administration.

This is a REMOTE role based in India — you can work from anywhere as long as you deliver results. We value performance over presence and offer a competitive India-based salary with commission opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for a wide range of non-technical positions across the United States. You will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle full-cycle recruitment for US Non-IT positions.

* Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and internal databases.

* Perform resume screening and initial phone interviews.

* Evaluate candidates based on client requirements, work authorization, location, compensation, and availability.

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

* Maintain candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.

* Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer acceptance.

* Ensure compliance with client requirements and recruitment best practices.

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs.

Required Skills

* Experience in US Non-IT Staffing.

* Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and Direct Hire recruitment models.

* Knowledge of US work authorizations (, , H-1B, TN, etc.).

* Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, CareerBuilder, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and Boolean/X-Ray search.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work in US time zones.

* Experience with ATS/CRM platforms such as CEIPAL, Bullhorn, JobDiva, TrackerRMS, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

* 1–5+ years of US Non-IT recruitment experience.

* Experience supporting MSP, VMS, Direct Clients, or Implementation Partners is preferred.
