The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostic, and repair services directly to customers at their location.
• Conduct a variety of tasks including routine servicing, diagnostic checks, and repairs on light vehicles.
• Manage personal stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the organisation with pride, providing a vital service and embodying company values.
• Work autonomously, making informed decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage positively with customers.
