Job Description

Job Title: Technician Standard II

Location: Washington, DC 20433 (100% onsite from Day 1.)

Duration: 6 Months Long Term extensions

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a proven track record in technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
  • Have experience with mobile device management and asset lifecycle management.
  • Have experience with ticket management systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms.
  • Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have experience managing technical incidents, vendor escalations, and driving issues through resolution.
  • Demonstrate project management or project coordination experience, including managing deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
  • Understand service management principles, including SLAs, KPIs, and Experience Level Agreements (XLA), with a strong focus on client experience and satisfaction.
  • Be able to independently own operational issues from identification through resolution, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Vendors, and Business
  • Stakeholders.
