<>Role : Senior Salesforce Technical Lead <>Location : Plano,TX ( Locals preferred as it is day one onsite)

Duration : 6+ Months 

Client : Cognizant

Job Description: Responsibilities: ·        Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform ·        Provide detailed level of effort estimates and articulate benefits/risks ·        Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging Salesforce platform ·        Lead technical delivery of Salesforce implementations ·        Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation ·        Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce projects ·        Design and develop customizations using Salesforce developer toolkit ·        Architect, design, and develop custom applications using Apex ·        Establish and maintain user roles, profiles, security settings, access levels, sharing rules ·        Perform data migration and maintain data quality ·        Guide and mentor development SSteam ·        Stay current with Salesforce updates and new technologies ·        Ensure Salesforce system aligns with business processes ·        Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and design patterns ·        Provide mentorship and supervise development team Leading a team of Salesforce developers and ensuring best practices  Basic Qualifications: ·        8-10+ years as Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) ·        5+ years in Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect ecosystem ·        Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components ·        Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems ·        Agile methodologies – Jira ·        Ability to design complex data models, custom objects, junction objects ·        10-12+ years in Salesforce Ecosystem and integrations ·        5+ years as Salesforce Technical Lead ·        Experience in Databricks ·        Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Architect certifications <>  <>
