The Role

• Develop and visualize individual kitchen concepts, considering style, functionality, and budget.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to closing the deal.
• Utilize modern 3D planning tools to bring customer visions to life.
• Create compelling offers, handle objections, and coordinate project logistics including delivery and installation.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct sales.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current industry trends.
• Proficiency with professional planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• A confident and social personality, with a self-driven, goal-oriented work approach.
