The Role • Visualize customer needs and transform them into dream kitchens using modern 3D planning tools. • Develop and present individual kitchen concepts, considering style, functionality, and budget. • Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to contract closing. • Handle offer creation, objection handling, contract finalization, and coordination of project logistics (delivery, installation, invoicing). • Support adjacent kitchen studios during periods of staff shortage. What You'll Need • Previous experience in kitchen planning and direct kitchen sales. • In-depth knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current industry trends and products. • Proficiency with professional planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and standard office applications. • Strong closing ability, negotiation skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. • Excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and an independent, goal-oriented work ethic. • A keen eye for current kitchen trends, creativity in design, and enjoyment of working with modern presentation and planning tools.
