GTM Program Manager-Product Operations || Remote role

The Global Program Manager is responsible for leading and planning major strategic programs supporting the near-term and future delivery of products and services. This role oversees the end-to-end product introduction process, driving cross-functional alignment across product management, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, IT, and more. The successful candidate will engage regularly with managers and senior leaders across the organization to ensure program visibility, alignment, and execution.

Program areas include Cloud, Third Party Application Certification Program, and the Secure-Resilient-Sovereign Platform initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute program strategy by translating plans into outcomes through structured planning, agile execution, and cross-functional leadership
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, manage interdependencies, and drive aligned delivery plans and timelines across multi-region teams
• Oversee program scope, milestones, risks, and communications to ensure transparency and informed decision-making at the leadership level
• Manage program execution across workstreams, ensuring successful handoffs to Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams
• Drive Go-To-Market readiness, enabling sales, technical, support, and training teams for day-one revenue at launch
• Identify and manage horizontal dependencies to ensure visibility and alignment across the Product Organization and key stakeholders
• Foster high-performing teams and contribute to continuous improvement across the broader PMO organization

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of program management experience in the technology industry, with a focus on product development
• Minimum 5 years supporting cross-functional, global teams with multi-region and international stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required

Required Skills

• End-to-end product introduction and Go-To-Market program management (both development and launch)
• Cross-functional program leadership spanning product management, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and IT
• Multi-region and international stakeholder engagement and alignment
• Risk, milestone, dependency, and scope management across concurrent workstreams
• Executive-level communication and leadership reporting
• Agile methodology — hands-on experience implementing agile in a team setting
• Program tooling: JIRA and Confluence (preferred); Aha! a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or relevant discipline)
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
• Agile certification (SAFe, CSM, or equivalent)
• Experience in Cloud platform or enterprise security/compliance program domains
• Familiarity with Aha! roadmapping in addition to JIRA and Confluence

Work Environment

This is a remote engagement. Candidates must be available to collaborate across multiple time zones given the global scope of program stakeholders.
