Job Description

Experience: 5+ years of technical program management, project management, or operational experience within software or technology organizations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Process & Execution: Proven track record of defining workflows, tracking cross-functional dependencies, identifying risks, and cascading processes across organizations.
Technical & Tooling Skills: Familiarity with Jira (or equivalent workflow tools) and working knowledge of a programming/data language (SQL and/or Python preferred). Hands-on experience using AI tools and AI-assisted development (vibe coding) to automate internal processes and boost day-to-day operational efficiency.
Communication & Delivery: Strong stakeholder management skills with a proactive approach to anticipating issues and removing blockers.
Work Schedule: Experience collaborating across multiple time zones within local working hours.
