AI Analytics Lead

AI Analytics Lead Shape CBRE's AI transformation across the Pacific Direct exposure to Pacific senior leadership Hybrid/Sydney CBD, Land of the Gadigal People The Opportunity

Reporting to the Pacific Head of Strategy, you will turn AI ambition into real outcomes, smarter ways of working for our people, automated processes in the back office, and sharper analytics for our commercial teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading AI adoption across the business, tools, training and the hands on work to make it stick
• Identifying and automating high-volume back-office processes across finance, People, legal and operations
• Building analytics and AI models that sharpen our front-office commercial edge
• Making the business case for AI investment and proving it delivers

About you:

• 5+ years in analytics, data science or AI, with real delivery experience
• Proficient in Python, SQL, Power BI and Tableau; familiar with Azure, AWS or GCP
• Hands-on with tools like Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI APIs or Power Automate
• Commercially sharp, you can build an ROI model and present it to a CFO
• Able to make complex data simple for non-technical audiences
