Business Analyst II

Location: Richmond, California (Onsite)

Role Overview

This position leads the execution of digital and process improvement opportunities through the pipeline to solution delivery. The role involves collaboration with business unit colleagues and leadership to document value cases, refine requirements, collect user feedback, and coordinate with other digital resources. The successful candidate will build, deliver, and train users on digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute data foundation efforts with IT to enable self-serve analytics.
  • Develop visualizations and reports using PowerBI and maintain analytics workspaces.
  • Drive digital fluency by delivering training and support for common productivity tools.
  • Develop and lead a digital citizen community.
  • Partner with enterprise IT to leverage digital expert resources.
  • Make recommendations to simplify and improve the efficiency of work and digital platforms.
  • Lead initiatives and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, data analytics, business information systems, or business management is preferred.

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience is required.

Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in digital platforms for productivity and data automation such as Power Apps, PowerBI, Power Automate, and AI Builder.
  • Experience with VS Code / Github.
  • Proficiency in data management tools like SharePoint and Azure file share.
  • Familiarity with opportunity and portfolio management systems like Azure DevOps (ADO).


Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with systems such as Sample Manager.
  • Knowledge in coding is preferred.
