You will ideally bring:
- A recognised accounting qualification ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Significant management accounting and financial control experience
- Experience managing and developing a finance team
- Strong knowledge of month-end, balance sheet control and financial reporting
- Exposure to multi-entity or multi-site environments
- Experience of business growth, integration, acquisitions or organisational change would be particularly useful
- A track record of improving systems, controls and finance processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information and identify underlying trends
- The confidence to challenge existing ways of working and implement practical improvements
