Job Title: Desktop Technician III

Location: Charleston, SC

Duration: Long-term

Key Responsibilities:

Provide desktop/help desk support for Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues and manage tickets.
Deploy/configure devices, perform imaging, Active Directory, domain joining, and user access.
Support endpoint security, patching, device compliance, and asset management.
Troubleshoot basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, wireless, and network connectivity issues.
Support mobile device management, Microsoft 365, Zoom Rooms, and print services.
Assist with IT projects, equipment installations, audits, documentation, and infrastructure upgrades.

Windows 10/11 | Active Directory | Desktop Support | Hardware/Software Troubleshooting | Device Deployment & Imaging | Endpoint Security | Tanium | CrowdStrike | TCP/IP | DNS | DHCP | VLAN | Network Troubleshooting | SOTI/MDM | Microsoft 365 | Ticketing Systems

Preferred: 0–3 years of desktop support experience; manufacturing/enterprise IT experience is a plus.
