Job Description

Requirements
  • 4 or more years of experience managing enterprise data analytics, data engineering, and cloud database implementations.
  • Proficiency in Databricks for managing large-scale data lakes and building reliable, scalable data pipelines.
  • Experience with SQL, ETL workflows, and programming languages including Python and Java.
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools including dbt, Looker, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Experience in implementing modern data architectures, data warehousing, and complex data modeling paradigms.
  • Experience with enforcing strict data governance, data lineage, and privacy regulations in highly regulated industries.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
 
Responsibilities
  • Define the vision, strategic roadmap, and execution plans for scalable data platforms and machine learning infrastructures.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise data products from initial requirements gathering to final deprecation.
  • Partner with data engineers and data scientists to construct scalable pipelines, analytical models, and data services.
  • Translate complex business rules into structured metadata, schema transformations, and domain-specific processing workflows.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison bridging the gap between database engineering teams and business policy administrators.
  • Collaborate with analytics units to design performance dashboards, enterprise key performance indicators, and reporting frameworks.
  • Enforce strict data governance, regulatory policy compliance, and ethical artificial intelligence standards across human services programs.
