Hiring Manager:

• Need Product Owner consultants with IVR, Contact Center & cloud Service experience (No Project/Program Manager, Scrum Master or agile resumes)

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven Senior Product Owner experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication, ownership, decision-making, and independent stakeholder management.
• Cloud Voice / Contact Center / IVR experience is must.
• Twilio experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
• Exposure to Twilio IVR and Insights reporting
• Seasoned Product Owner with 10+ years of experience as Technical Product Owner.
• DB knowledge with hands on SQL skills to handle complex needs.
• Familiar with end-to-end Contact Center reporting.
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders.
• Ability to convert complex business needs into User Stories with clearly articulated.
• Familiar with Twilio Insights with product background.
• Familiar with healthcare compliance needs for reporting.
