Sr Project Manager/Product Manager for direct client in New Jersey but Remote

Hi,

we have direct client position for a Sr Product Manager - , this is Iris's one of the Big Four Clients, want to hire candidate asap for the Remote role

• Job Responsibilities:

  • • Act as a point of escalation for product tradeoff and prioritization decisions.
    • Help ensure the team is following strong product management practices and processes.
    • Partner with Engineering leadership to identify and implement process improvements.
    • Assist with escalations and incident response when needed (e.g., production issues).
    • Coach and mentor PMs and POs in an advisory capacity (Product Lead will remain their people manager).
    • Help guide UI/UX priorities and execution.
    • Support roadmap execution based on the vision, strategy, and priorities set by product lead.
    • Bring a level of seniority and experience that complements and extends the capabilities of the current team.
    • Have strong experience designing and improving workflows and operational processes, not just AI expertise.

    Ideal profile: A senior product leader/operator who can provide guidance, improve execution, partner effectively with Engineering, and help scale the team's product management maturity without requiring direct people management responsibilities.
