Job Description


  • Application Support: Troubleshoot Salesforce, Experience Cloud, integrations, performance, logs, APIs, and governor limits.
  • Development & Modernization: Develop using Apex, LWC, Flows, security models, and data structures; lead code reviews and enhancements.
  • CI/CD & Releases: Manage Dev, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production deployments using CI/CD and version control.
  • Integrations: Design and support API integrations, MuleSoft/middleware, data exchange, error handling, and integration monitoring.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement MFA, Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail, least-privilege access, and secure SDLC.
  • Enterprise Operations: Manage sandboxes, monitoring, performance analytics, backup/restore, DR, and platform health.
  • Documentation & Training: Create runbooks, architecture diagrams, SOPs, deployment guides, and train/mentor internal teams.
  • Licensing & Strategy: Manage Salesforce licenses, API entitlements, platform costs, capacity planning, and optimization.

    • Requirements

  • 11+ years of enterprise application development experience
  • 7+ years of dedicated Salesforce experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and advanced Salesforce configuration
  • 5+ years supporting large, complex Salesforce environments with strict SLAs and security requirements
  • Strong experience with API design, integrations, middleware, and enterprise data exchange
  • Experience with Salesforce security, identity governance, encryption, auditability, and compliance
  • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, environment promotion, and DevOps
  • Strong ability to create architecture diagrams, technical design documents, process flows, and operational documentation
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce licensing models and platform optimization
