Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician III | Albany, OR, United States | On-site | $92,000 to $120,000 annually+

The Role

• Provide oversight of NDT programs, managing training, certification, and auditing.
• Support daily NDT operations for inspecting mill shapes and final components.
• Develop, qualify, and approve testing methods and procedures for NDT.
• Ensure compliance with customer, industry, and government standards.
• Lead Ultrasonic (UT) certification efforts and support NDT equipment maintenance.
• Perform internal and external audits of NDT processes.

What You'll Need

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years in NDT with UT Level II experience or equivalent for Level III qualification.
• Ability to obtain MIL-STD-2132 UT Examiner Certification.
• Experience and certification in Penetrant (PT) and Radiography (RT) is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in all business areas.
