Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement/Sourcing Professional to lead end-to-end Professional Services sourcing and procurement, with a strong focus on Technology Consulting and enterprise consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing for Professional Services and Technology Consulting engagements.
• Lead supplier sourcing, negotiations, contract review, redlining, and commercial discussions.
• Partner with Legal and business stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and governance.
• Manage supplier relationships across global regions (US, Europe, Asia, South America).
• Ensure procurement compliance, audit readiness, documentation, and engagement approvals.
• Support procurement initiatives through spend analysis, reporting, and stakeholder presentations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Professional Services/Consulting Procurement & Strategic Sourcing experience.
• Strong experience sourcing Technology Consulting, Advisory Services, Managed Services, and Professional Consulting.
• Hands-on experience with contract negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and redlining.
• Experience working in regulated procurement environments with compliance and audit requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, supplier negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting global procurement organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets procurement experience.
• Exposure to category management, spend analysis, procurement reporting, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve procurement efficiency.
