• Migrate legacy PL/SQL Web Toolkit applications to Oracle APEX.
• Develop secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant enterprise applications handling sensitive PII/PHI data.
• Enhance application security using modern web technologies, JavaScript frameworks, and CSS.
• Support critical systems, including Birth Registry, Death Registry (EDRS), and Screening Registry.
• Collaborate with state and federal agencies to maintain and improve system integrations.
• Contribute to client data modernization initiatives by delivering high-quality Oracle APEX solutions.
