Job Title: Principal Java Full Stack Developer 
Location: Silver Spring, MD, Philadelphia, PA, Wilmington, DE, Fairfax, VA, Washington, DC
Contract: 12+ Months
Looking for W2 candidates. No C2C

Job Summary
We are looking for a Principal Java Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in enterprise application modernization, cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and AI-enabled applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, architecture, and cloud engineering expertise.

Key Responsibilities
•    Architect enterprise Java applications. 
•    Design distributed Microservices. 
•    Build scalable frontend applications using React or Angular. 
•    Develop GraphQL and REST APIs. 
•    Implement asynchronous messaging using Kafka. 
•    Integrate enterprise AI services using Spring AI. 
•    Build cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure. 
•    Implement observability using OpenTelemetry. 
•    Lead architecture reviews and mentor engineering teams. 
•    Define development standards and best practices.
