The Role

• Represent the company at trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events.
• Interact with potential customers, providing engaging product demonstrations.
• Generate and meticulously data-capture qualified leads for the sales team.
• Manage event setup and tear-down, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Exceed lead generation targets and goals established by management.

• Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
• Self-motivation with a drive to educate potential customers about product lines.
• High energy, engagement, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• A smartphone for timekeeping and lead submission.
