We're seeking passionate educators to join an impactful organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference in your community through flexible and trauma-informed tutoring.

The Role

• Provide personalized Maths, English, or Science tuition to students (KS1-KS5) with SEND/SEMH, including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions to support referred pupils.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work within local schools and authorities to support vulnerable learners.
• Engage in both in-person and remote tutoring opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, with a preference for working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching core subjects: English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and professional references.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Ability to work self-employed as opportunities arise.
