Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Veeva PromoMats Technical/Engineering Lead to lead the design, implementation, integration, and ongoing evolution of Veeva PromoMats solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on technical expertise in PromoMats, combined with experience or exposure to Veeva Falcon / AI-enabled MLR capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation of Veeva PromoMats solutions.
• Drive platform configuration, workflows, integrations/APIs, security, data migration, and release management.
• Design scalable integrations between PromoMats and upstream/downstream commercial and content platforms.
• Support implementation and integration of Veeva Falcon and AI-enabled MLR capabilities.
• Partner with Product Owners, business, MLR, architecture, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, code/configuration reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and scalability requirements within a regulated Life Sciences environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of technology/engineering experience, with strong hands-on experience implementing Veeva PromoMats/Vault solutions.
• Deep understanding of PromoMats configuration, workflows, security, Vault APIs, integrations, and content lifecycle processes.
• Experience with Veeva Falcon, Agentic MLR, or AI-enabled content review capabilities strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of MLR review, promotional content management, DAM, and commercial content processes.
• Experience leading technical teams and driving solution architecture through implementation and production deployment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior Pharma/Life Sciences experience good to have.
