Job Description

Role Summary
Responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing SharePoint Online solutions that improve collaboration, content management, knowledge sharing, and business-process automation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure modern SharePoint Online sites, pages, lists, libraries, navigation, and reusable templates.
• Create intuitive intranet, collaboration, knowledge-management, and document-management experiences.
• Customize modern SharePoint pages using web parts, themes, JSON formatting, and reusable components.
• Develop business forms and lightweight applications using Power Apps.
• Build automated workflows, approvals, notifications, and integrations using Power Automate. These are increasingly core capabilities alongside SharePoint.
• Develop or support custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) where out-of-the-box capabilities are insufficient. Microsoft describes SPFx as its recommended SharePoint customization and extensibility model.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, and other enterprise applications.
• Configure permissions, metadata, content types, document libraries, search, and information architecture.
• Ensure solutions comply with accessibility, security, governance, and responsive-design standards.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into user-friendly SharePoint solutions.
• Troubleshoot existing SharePoint solutions and support migrations or modernization of legacy implementations.
