Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Python Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in modern web development and AI-powered application development. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications leveraging Python, React, AI/LLM frameworks, and cloud technologies. This role requires both technical leadership and hands-on development experience across backend, frontend, and AI solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Architecture

• Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack and AI Engineers.
• Drive technical architecture decisions and establish development best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and business teams to define technical roadmaps.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Define CI/CD, DevOps, security, and performance standards.

Backend Development

• Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices using Python.
• Build high-performance backend systems using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Develop enterprise-grade RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, and SSO solutions.
• Optimize database queries and backend performance.

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and scalable web applications using React.js.
• Implement reusable UI components and state management solutions.
• Integrate frontend applications with APIs and AI services.
• Improve user experience, accessibility, and application performance.

AI & LLM Development

• Design and build Generative AI solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Gemini models.
• Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
• Implement AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build AI agents, chatbots, document intelligence, and knowledge management solutions.
• Fine-tune prompts and optimize model performance.
• Integrate vector databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Implement Docker and Kubernetes-based containerized environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems.
