Onbase Engineer
Phoenix, AZ
Position Description
Maintain, monitor, and update OnBase configurations, including integration creation and support. Troubleshoot issues within the environment. Prioritizes and plans work activities and sets goals and objectives. Conducts daily Event Viewer analysis, identifies and characterizes incidents, generates incident reports, and investigates suspicious activity. Performs system analysis, designs, constructs, and tests infrastructure. Identifies opportunities and implements solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Creates process documentation for internal use. Participate in meetings, support strategy sessions, and work groups to streamline processes for efficiency. Reviews configuration change proposals for compliance with established standards, guidelines, and policies. Provides guidance, assistance, training, and documentation for process solutions.
Required Skills
3+ years of OnBase Engineering experience
Preferred Skills
Server experience/On-prem experience
Customer-facing/customer service experience
Government/State experience
