As a Senior Product Manager for one of our Strategic Use Cases, you will own that use case end-to-end — from the customer problem and the data it depends on, through prototype, roadmap and launch, to the outcome in the market. You will work alongside senior engineers and product experts to define the ambition, understand requirements and launch innovative new products.

This is a builder role, not a coordination role. We're looking for a high-agency generalist who prototypes before they debate, uses AI to move at a different speed, engages customers directly, and takes full ownership of outcomes — not output.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the vision: Set and drive the aligned, end-to-end vision for your use case (regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization or resilience)— what the customer experience should be, where the gaps are, and the sequence from parity to leadership.
  • Understand the market: Understand the technical requirements of your use case, and how other competitors and customers are currently solving it. Take inspiration from everywhere, including partner discussions, conferences, webinars and other resources.
  • Engage customers directly: Spend real time with buyers, program owners and co-development accounts. Validate problems and solutions first-hand; and build interest from customers and prospects.
  • Prototype with AI: Use AI prototyping tools to build working demos, spin up lightweight services and test your own assumptions before committing engineering. Show the team what's possible by doing it, not describing it.
  • Drive the build forward: Work alongside engineering to unblock and drive the build forward, working across multiple areas of the product and platform, collaborating with other tribes and squads whilst executing independently or in partnership.
  • Partner on go-to-market: Work hand-in-hand with the Strategic Use Case Leads and commercial teams to land what you build.
  • Own the outcome: Define the measures of success, hold yourself and the circle to them, and lead clean persist / pivot / stop decisions.

Who you are

  • A generalist builder at heart — you move fluidly between strategy, data, prototype and GTM, and you'd rather build a rough thing that teaches you something than debate a perfect thing that doesn't.
  • An AI-native operator — AI is woven through how you work: discovery, analysis, prototyping, instrumentation and communication.
  • Customer-obsessed — you get your conviction from talking to real customers, not from the building.
  • Biased to speed — you move decisively with incomplete information, tell reversible decisions from irreversible ones, and update fast when you're wrong. Strong opinions, loosely held.
  • Comfortable without full control — part of your use case's scope and experience will always be owned by other squads. You see managing that, as the craft.
  • Mission-driven — you want your work to help guide all companies toward a sustainable world, and to help EcoVadis lead the market in getting there.

AI fluency we hire for

We expect you to operate at the AI-Fluent to AI-Native end of the spectrum: you don't just use AI for one-off tasks, you reconstruct core PM workflows around it — agents configured with your product context, personas and prior research; machine-testable acceptance criteria; reusable workflows you share with the squad. At the top of this ladder, the PM shifts from feature author to outcome orchestrator — concentrating on strategic trade-offs and novel bets while agents carry more of the discovery and synthesis.

  • Typically 10+ years experience, including a track record owning a meaningful product area end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS, with real business and customer outcomes to point to.
  • Enough technical fluency to build — you can prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs and a scripting language (Python / JavaScript or equivalent) without waiting for engineering to validate every idea.
  • An AI-native way of working that's already part of how you operate, not an aspiration.
  • Comfort operating in a regulated, data-rich, sustainability or risk domain — or the curiosity and speed to get there fast.
  • Sharp problem framing and communication — you walk into the room with a recommendation, not an open question, and you make engineering and design faster by reducing ambiguity.
  • Be fluent in English (as our primary working language).

In return for your expertise, we offer:

  • Support with all the necessary office and IT equipment
  • Flexible working hours
  • Wellness allowance for mental and physical wellbeing
  • Access to professional mental health support
  • Referral bonus policy
  • Learning and development
  • Sustainability events and community involvement
  • Peer recognition program
  • Employee-led resource groups
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Remote work from abroad policy
  • Hybrid work organization (2 office days per week)
  • Pension contributions and optional private health coverage
  • Internet and electricity bill allowance
  • Life Insurance
  • Subsidised travel in London
  • Community service day when volunteering

Our hiring team looks forward to reviewing your resume, in English, with a guaranteed response to every application. A new job with purpose awaits you!
