• Healthcare Payer Domain Experience (8+ years) – In-depth understanding of claims, membership/enrollment, provider networks, benefits, and billing workflows.
• Advanced SQL (6+ years) – Expertise in writing complex analytical queries, source validation scripts, joins, and data profiling routines to analyze large healthcare datasets.
• Source-to-Target Data Mapping & Integration (5+ years) – Extensive experience defining field-level transformations, business rules, and technical data integration requirements.
• Requirements Elicitation & Data Lineage (5+ years) – Proven track record bridging technical engineering squads and non-technical business units with clear functional and technical specifications.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

• Cloud Data Platforms & Processing – Hands-on familiarity with Databricks, AWS, or Azure modern data stack ecosystems.
• Data Modeling & Governance – Conceptual, logical, and dimensional data modeling experience alongside metadata/lineage tracking.
