The Role

• Represent a premium window and door brand at retail locations, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with shoppers to generate interest in high-quality window and door solutions.
• Schedule qualified leads for in-home consultations for the sales team.
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays.
• Travel to and cover various store locations within the Charlotte area.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned retail locations and events.
• A naturally outgoing personality with a passion for initiating conversations.
• Resilience and confidence in handling rejection to pursue opportunities.
• A people-centered approach, enjoying customer engagement and making a positive first impression.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a smartphone.
