The Role

• Represent a premium brand at retail stores, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with potential customers, sparking interest in high-quality window and door solutions.
• Generate qualified leads by converting conversations into in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up and maintain professional, eye-catching product displays.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation to travel to various locations.
• A natural aptitude for initiating conversations and connecting with new people.
• Resilience and confidence to handle rejection positively.
• Enthusiasm for helping customers and making a great first impression.
• Ability to stand and move around for extended periods during shifts.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs for display setup.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
