Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Please Note: This is an onsite position in Englewood, Colorado. Only candidates currently local to Colorado who can reliably commute to the work location will be considered. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-volume recruiting operations across multiple regions. This role focuses on interview scheduling, candidate communication, applicant tracking system (ATS) management, offer coordination, recruiting reports, and hiring process administration.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting talent acquisition teams in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple hiring activities simultaneously, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive follow-up, and the ability to coordinate with hiring managers across multiple time zones are essential.
