Position Title: Health Insurance Exchange Call Center – Key Personnel
Location: Washington, DC 20005 – Primarily Remote
Duration: Contract
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday; flexible coverage during open enrollment, including Saturdays and possible extended hours
Pay rate: Not specified
Positions Available:
- Program Manager – 1
- Call Center Manager – 1
- Trainer – 1
- Supervisor – 2
- Quality Assurance Analyst – 2
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and support health insurance exchange contact-center operations.
- Supervise CSR performance, productivity, escalations and service levels.
- Develop and deliver CSR training and maintain training materials.
- Evaluate calls, emails and web chats and support QA scorecards, calibration and reporting.
- Manage program activities, staffing, reporting and continuous improvement.
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience; 7+ years for Program Manager.
- Health Insurance Exchange experience/content knowledge.
- Experience with ACA Marketplace, state/federal exchanges, healthcare or Medicaid strongly preferred.
- Relevant contact-center management, training, supervisory or QA experience based on position.
- At least one QA Analyst must be bilingual Spanish/English.
- Ability to support ET operating hours and occasional in-person meetings in Washington, DC.
