IFS Support Analyst - Operations - Initial 12 Month FTC - Burton-upon-Trent (Hybrid)
£45,000 - £55,000 + benefits

Hybrid - 3 days on site in Burton-upon-Trent, 2 days from home

Role Overview
An IFS Support Analyst is required to join a growing UK business on an initial 12 month FTC, during a major IFS Cloud rollout. Half the business is already live, and the remaining half goes live in phases between November and May. You'll join a small IFS team, supporting the platform across the operational side of the business, focused on Procurement, Projects and Supply Chain. The role blends day-to-day support, documentation, user training and continuous improvement, and you'll work closely with operational teams to get the most from IFS during a busy period of change. There's potential for the role to become permanent as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve IFS support tickets across Procurement, Projects and Supply Chain.
• Identify recurring issues and support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Monitor query screens and daily jobs, and resolve or escalate errors as appropriate.
• Support users with day-to-day IFS queries across purchasing, project setup and costing, inventory and stock.
• Maintain and create ClickLearn documentation, and deliver user training.
• Support go-lives, upgrade testing and regression testing.
• Maintain base data within IFS, including supplier, part and project data.
• Work with operational teams and stakeholders to improve processes and drive adoption of standard ways of working.

Key Skills & Experience

• Hands-on IFS experience is essential, ideally across Procurement, Projects or Supply Chain.
• A good understanding of operational processes such as purchasing, project management and inventory or stock control.
• A background in operations, procurement or supply chain is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive mindset, comfortable in a changing environment.
• Available to start in November or December.
