Job Description

SMIKTECK is seeking highly skilled L3 Engineers to lead complex technical implementations and provide advanced escalation support. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who can design, manage, and optimise enterprise IT environments while ensuring security, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle advanced technical escalations from L1 & L2 teams
  • Design and implement server, cloud, and network infrastructure
  • Manage Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Lead cybersecurity implementations and risk mitigation strategies
  • Oversee disaster recovery and backup solutions
