Location: Hybrid: 3 days onsite; Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Birmingham, AL; Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ

Overview
Balance design strategy with hands-on execution to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs across multiple product areas. Identify problems and goals, map user flows, and prototype interactions. Promote relationships across teams, through shared roadmaps and a unified vision for customer-focused outcomes; guide and mentor designers by creating design objectives, goals and delivery timelines. Design frameworks, systems, and components that aim to deliver consistent UX across a range of user touchpoints. Apply your UI and UX skills to an established product. Drive continuity between UX prototypes and end-user experience; monitor and review development execution and design approvals. Support user observation, research, and analysis to understand the challenges of our customers. Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
Key Responsibilities

• Expert in FIGMA
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
