Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Blue Yonder (BY) WMS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong technical expertise in Blue Yonder WMS versions 2023/2024 and experience managing L2/L3 application support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on WMS troubleshooting experience, strong knowledge of warehouse operations, and excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS L2/L3 application support across warehouse sites.
  • Manage incidents, problems, changes, releases, root cause analysis, and major incident recovery.
  • Serve as the primary onshore contact for customer communications, escalations, and service governance.
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations, IT teams, offshore support teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs and drive continuous improvement and ticket-reduction initiatives.
  • Lead offshore support teams and maintain knowledge management and operational readiness.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of WMS experience with hands-on Blue Yonder WMS expertise.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS versions 2023/2024.
  • Expertise in inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, allocation, wave management, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Experience with ERP, TMS, MHE/warehouse automation, and third-party integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in SQL, interfaces, APIs, web services, and message flows.
  • Knowledge of ITIL-based application support, AMS operations, SLA management, and service management tools.
  • Excellent customer communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and support-team leadership skills.
