Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator with hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, CMDB management, platform enhancements, and IT service operations.
This role will focus on maintaining platform stability, improving processes, supporting users, and ensuring data quality across ServiceNow environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and implement ServiceNow enhancements and configurations.
Support platform operations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Maintain CMDB data quality and monitor configuration item accuracy.
Support ServiceNow integrations, tools, and platform plugins.
Manage and update ADO tickets and asset management records.
Create and maintain technical documentation and process guides.
Analyze issues and leverage knowledge base solutions for faster resolution.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and support teams.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and platform optimization.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Administration.
Experience with ServiceNow configuration and maintenance.
Strong understanding of CMDB management.
Knowledge of Configuration Items (CI), relationships, and data quality.
Understanding of Active Directory.
Experience with Discovery tools (ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM).
Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar ticketing systems.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
Knowledge of ITSM processes.
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.
Experience with end-user services or IT operations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
