Role Overview
We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer with extensive experience in SAP US Payroll Tax implementation. This role involves managing complex payroll tax configurations and ensuring seamless integration and processing for our systems. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in federal, state, and local tax scenarios and support critical payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage hands-on SAP US Payroll Tax implementation, including configuration for federal, state, and local taxes.

Handle BSI TaxFactory integration and configuration.

Address and configure reciprocity, unemployment, and resident/work tax scenarios.

Define and manage tax wage types and their impact, including retroactive calculations.

Perform tax reconciliation to ensure accuracy.

Oversee quarter-end and year-end processing activities.

Support parallel payroll testing and production cutover processes.

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with SAP US Payroll Tax implementation, federal, state, and local tax configuration, BSI TaxFactory integration, tax wage types, and payroll reconciliation.
