This is a field-based role involving regular UK travel, so applicants must be comfortable working away from home. - Working away will involve a mixture of individual nights and blocks of several days. There is no fixed pattern, although much of the travel is planned and booked months in advance. - The busiest periods tend to fall during school holidays, balanced with significant local work throughout the M4/M5 corridor.

When working away: - All business expenses are covered - Hotels are booked in advance by the company's Resourcing Team - A company credit card is provided for breakfast and evening meals - Company van and fuel card provided - Hours & Overtime: - This is a 40-hour salaried position.

Due to the nature of the role, there isn't a fixed point after which additional weekday hours automatically become overtime. - Night and weekend shifts are rare. Where required, overtime is paid at time-and-a-half or double time, depending on when the work is undertaken.

You'll only need to provide your own basic hand tools.

Interested? - If you're an experienced Electrician who enjoys variety, is comfortable travelling and wants to develop further within specialist electrical inspection and testing, I'd love to hear from you. - Apply today for more information and a confidential discussion about the opportunity.
