The Role • Lead the technical solutioning strategy throughout the capture and proposal lifecycle. • Own the development of client-facing presentations and drive markets to successful awards. • Interpret solicitation requirements to design, develop, and deliver technical and management service solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and integrate best technical and business strategies. • Translate highly technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences. • Create and organize visual aids to strengthen proposal win stories. What You'll Need • 6+ years of experience architecting multi-domain technical solutions (AI/ML, cybersecurity, C5ISR) for federal and DoD clients. • 3+ years of experience leading the direct management of technical proposal volumes for large-scale, complex efforts. • Experience facilitating workshops for subject matter experts and storyboarding. • Experience developing integrated frameworks aligned to RFP requirements, win themes, and capture strategies. • Proficiency with M365 products. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, changing environments and maintain composure under pressure.
