Wealth Managements Core Platform Services group provides horizontal services to all Wealth management Development Teams. Our mission is to provide stable and scalable infrastructure and technology solutions for entire Wealth Management. We serve as a centralized interface through which Wealth Management teams can obtain infrastructure solutions and project support by working closely with application owners throughout the SDLC process to ensure that established products/services are leveraged, and new requirements are fulfilled.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to design, implement, and govern modern cloud-based data and AI platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Snowflake and/or Databricks, strong scripting and automation skills, hands-on experience with CI/CD and SDLC best practices, and a passion for evaluating and adopting emerging cloud technologies. This role combines platform architecture, AI/ML enablement, DevOps, and technical leadership to accelerate innovation across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud data platforms using Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.
Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical evaluations for cutting-edge capabilities across Snowflake, Databricks, and the cloud ecosystem, including AI, GenAI, ML, and data engineering innovations.
Define architecture standards, governance policies, security controls, and operational best practices for cloud platforms.
Experience of Azure networking, RBAC, managed identities, private endpoints, encryption, monitoring, disaster recovery and cost optimization strategies.
Evaluate new platform features, recommend adoption strategies, and drive implementation of enterprise-ready solutions.
Design and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure, data engineering, machine learning, and application deployments.
Automate platform administration, monitoring, provisioning, and operational tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or SQL.
Design, develop, and deploy AI agents leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and agentic AI frameworks.
Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered solutions.
Optimize platform performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Conduct architecture reviews and establish engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise cloud data platforms.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar modern cloud data platforms.
Strong knowledge of programming languages like Python, SQL, etc.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Jenkins etc.
Experience with cloud platforms preferably Azure.
Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, Delta Lake, lakehouse architecture, and data governance.
Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI.
Experience with Databricks Unity Catalog, MLflow, Delta Live Tables, Model Serving, and Lakeflow.
Hands-on experience building AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph etc.
Experience implementing RAG, semantic search, and LLM orchestration.
Experience with security, identity management, secrets management, and compliance for enterprise cloud platforms.
