Job Overview
The client is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and technical delivery of enterprise HR Service Delivery solutions. The architect will translate HR business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and provide technical leadership across HRSD modules, integrations, security, and custom development.
Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture for ServiceNow HRSD implementations and enhancements.
• Design solutions using HR Service Delivery, HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Knowledge, and Lifecycle Events.
• Define application architecture, data models, integration patterns, and technical standards.
• Lead technical design sessions with HR, IT, security, and business stakeholders.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and web services.
• Establish ServiceNow development standards, code-review processes, and governance.
• Design ACLs, roles, groups, domain separation, and HR security controls.
• Review and approve technical designs, custom applications, workflows, business rules, and scripts.
• Lead performance optimization and troubleshooting of complex HRSD solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Support upgrades, releases, testing, and production deployments.
• Develop architecture documentation, technical specifications, and solution diagrams.

Required Skills

• Strong ServiceNow architecture experience.
• Hands-on HRSD / HR Service Delivery implementation experience.
• HR Case Management and Employee Center.
• Lifecycle Events / Employee Journey experience.
• ServiceNow scripting: JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts.
• IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP integrations.
• ServiceNow security and ACL framework.
• Flow Designer and Workflow.
• ServiceNow upgrade and deployment experience.
• Strong stakeholder and solution-design skills.

Preferred

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Experience with ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, or Employee Center.
