Our client is an OEM for prestigious brands, ensuring a high standard of technical support nationwide. The Role • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, diagnosing and resolving issues on industrial refrigeration and chiller systems. • Perform planned preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. • Communicate technical findings clearly to clients and recommend system upgrades or improvements. • Produce detailed technical reports and ensure all work complies with health and safety standards. • Work independently in a mobile capacity while being part of a collaborative and supportive team. What You'll Need • F-GAS 2079 certification and ammonia handling qualification. • Completed refrigeration apprenticeship with a recognised qualification (e.g., C&G) is preferred. • Proven experience with HFC, ammonia, and CO₂ systems, including brands like SABROE, Frick, York, Bitzer, and Howden. • Strong knowledge of DX, pumped, flooded, and multistage refrigeration systems. • Full UK driving licence and the ability to read and interpret technical documentation. • Self-motivated, proactive, and possess strong team-oriented qualities.
